I have always preferred the brand Hilton for the quality of the service and the properties. I have stayed at this property more than 25 years ago - was new - and I have to admit, the environment was still the same; friendly and professional even after two decades. The staff members were nice young people willing to do their best and make each guest feel like home. The General Manager Mr Ali was our favorite one for having the patience to deal with my family members. I admire the patience and professionalism Mr Ali had and would like to thank him for making my family's stay memorable. Our only address in the province is the Hilton Alsancak and hereby, I'd like to thank you all.

Fabulous small hotel centrally located in excellent part of Izmir and near to the many facilities at the sea. The room with side window and views on level 6 was very good quality and comfort with openable windows and effective heating. On the roof top is a fabulous sun platform and outdoor pool and restaurant with city and sea views. The breakfast is fabulous,

Second time I’ve stayed here great location,very friendly and helpful staff.plus a little cafe across the road with the friendliest man ever.first time there for my brother he said he could have stayed in the hotel all week with the roof top pool and gym and sauna
