DoubleTree by Hilton Izmir - Alsancak

I have always preferred the brand Hilton for the quality of the service and the properties. I have stayed at this property more than 25 years ago - was new - and I have to admit, the environment was still the same; friendly and professional even after two decades. The staff members were nice young people willing to do their best and make each guest feel like home. The General Manager Mr Ali was our favorite one for having the patience to deal with my family members. I admire the patience and professionalism Mr Ali had and would like to thank him for making my family's stay memorable. Our only address in the province is the Hilton Alsancak and hereby, I'd like to thank you all.

breakfast was yum but not a variety of dishes. the location was superb

Great hotel room with helpful staff with requests but on the Aisa side for one night work visit.

The location of the hotel was amazing, very central and easy access. The staff were very friendly and kind. As we were exploring the city mostly, we did not really used any facilities but it was an absolutely amazing experience.
